Vanessa joins our Operations Team as Competence &amp; Sourcing Director<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">reporting into Mike Hellemans. Bart joins our team as Portfolio Director IT Staffing reporting into<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Christophe Vanmalleghem.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">As a services business and therefore a people business, employee attraction and retention are<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">absolutely key. Finding interesting projects, attracting the right profiles to deliver and retain these<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">profiles are the 3 main challenges to achieve our objectives and realize sustainable growth. The current<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">market context for IT profiles is very competitive.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">We wish to install a closer collaboration between the Competence Management Team and the<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Montserrat\">Recruitment &amp; Selection Team.
