Self service reset password

Dear all,

IT group is optimizing it’s support functions and implementing the automation of password changes.

If it’s not already done, please feel free to sign up for this service by providing a recovery method for your password:

• Log-in to the portail Office 365 with your Windows credentials
• Click on your photo, then on View account
• In the Security Information section, click on Update Information
• Choose your password recovery method (email, sms, …)

Now, if you happen to lose your password, retrieve it easily:

• By going directly to the Microsoft online Password Reset Service,
• Or on the Windows authentication page, by clicking on Reset Password.

Then, you will receive it to one of the recovery factors you chose during registration.
