First edition of the International TMF Sales Academy
We were proud to hold the first edition of the International TMF Sales Academy in Puteaux from January 23rd to January 26th.
This event was the opportunity to gather no less than 19 TMF sales from 7 countries (all recent joiners) to develop their skills, make them discover Econocom Group and grow their internal network.
Designed as an immersive and tailored learning scheme, the Academy consists in several seminars aiming to provide a comprehensive knowledge of the TMF business.
For this first 4-days seminar, they received intensive trainings, presentations and best practices on sales skills (e.g. prospection, selling technics) from experienced trainers across different Group functions.
The organizing team would like to thank Angel Benguigui, Mathilde Saint-Pol, Christoph Blaeser, Guillaume Steible, Sebastien Lesimple, Amine Belfakir, Antonella Porta, Pierre Toussaint, Lionel Slama and Stéphane Pailler for their interventions and exchanges with the audience.
We would like also to thank all the attendees for their active involvement and look forward to see them again for the next steps of their training program.

Nouvelle organisation TMF
Vu les gros challenges commerciaux chez TMF, l’une des 3 activités stratégiques du groupe et au Belux, le comité de direction a le plaisir de vous annoncer d’une part que Kris Storms reprend dès aujourd’hui la responsabilité entière de TMF, et que d’autre part Philip Arras en assurera la direction commerciale. Leurs années d’expérience dans le secteur de la location chez Atlance leur permettront non seulement d’apporter de la croissance aux activités Core, mais également d’accroitre la satisfaction client tout en travaillant sur l’approche constructive et collaborative entre les équipes.
Je suis heureuse qu’ils aient accepté la responsabilité de Core en plus de leur responsabilité actuelle chez Atlance, et ait toute confiance dans leurs fortes capacités !
Les mois d’été seront mis à profit pour leur permettre de redéfinir le Lease Portfolio et la stratégie commerciale de Core et Atlance en collaboration avec Hilde Janssens et Christian Levie et mettre tout en œuvre pour renforcer l’atteinte de nos objectifs 2021 et plan stratégique 2021-2024.
Pour poursuivre le développement commercial et continuer la croissance de TMF, nous vous confirmons également notre souhait d’embaucher de nouveaux sales chez Lease Core.
De plus amples informations au sujet du changement ainsi que des nouvelles lignes hiérarchiques et organisationnelles vous seront communiquées début septembre.
