Can you imagine starting a new job during covid times and meeting your colleagues on a walk in the park followed by lunch together at a safe distance? <\/strong>??<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

We can! On 19th<\/sup> of April, Econocom organized a \u2018Welcome Day Walk\u2019 in the park of Tervuren for all rece<\/span>nt new starters. We all put on our walking shoes to enjoy a breath of fresh air together!
\nI was curious to find out how the other st<\/span>arters experienced the onboarding process and the welcome day walk. Enjoy reading and see you@Econocom!

\u00ab Au d\u00e9but, c’\u00e9tait plus compliqu\u00e9 de devoir apprendre \u00e0 distance parce qu\u2019on ne peut pas s’adresser directement \u00e0 la personne en\u00a0face de soi mais j’\u00e9tais pr\u00eat \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir une nouvelle forme de travail ou une m\u00e9thodologie diff\u00e9rente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heureusement, j\u2019ai eu une tr\u00e8s bonne int\u00e9gration dans l\u2019\u00e9quipe (int\u00e9gralement compos\u00e9e de femmes!) et dans la structure. Tout le monde \u00e9tait l\u00e0 pour m’aider donc c\u2019est super bien pass\u00e9. Si j’avais des questions, je n’avais aucune g\u00eane, aucune retenue pour les poser. Je me\u00a0sens heureux et je suis tr\u00e8s content d\u2019avoir eu la chance de pouvoir me faire offrir un poste chez Econocom.\u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0I felt a little bit lost in the beginning because it was difficult to start from home.
\nHowever, I\u00a0\u00a0have very nice colleagues to guide me.\u00a0 I really loved the Welcome day walk because it was really interesting getting to meet all the directors at once at the walk in the park and to discover who is in charge of what. You get a different overview of the company by listening to their experience.
\nI hope there will come more opportunities like this in the future to get to know all new faces and people who have been working for quite some time at Econocom.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Le \u00ab\u00a0Welcome walk\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9tait une initiative vraiment merveilleuse pour amener les gens \u00e0 s’entendre et apprendre <\/span>\u00e0 se conna\u00eetre d’une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente que par le biais de Teams. Au d\u00e9jeuner j’ai volontairement rejoint d’autres coll\u00e8gues que je ne connaissais pas du tout, tous de nouveaux visages.
