The HR team, led by Sophie Latourrette and Éléonore Mandonnet, plays a crucial role in implementing concrete measures to improve equity, inclusion and excellence across the group. As the end of the year approaches, Econocom Stories gives a progress report on ESG indicators. </strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">One of our priorities is to reduce the gender pay gap. To that end, we’ve devised and rolled out group-wide a methodology for analysing pay gaps. Next we’ll carry out a detailed analysis for each department and employment category, in order to highlight any disparities and address them. Each country will then draw up and follow an annual roadmap from 2025 to 2028, with specific action plans for each country.<br />
</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">At the same time, Econocom has also pledged to implement a more inclusive model, particularly where disability is concerned. The first step for this involved establishing consistent definitions of what constitutes disability across the different countries in the group, pending a standardized European framework aligned with the requirements of CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive). We’ll draw up an annual plan between now and 2025, including specific measures to implement in order to improve inclusion across all our operations.<br />
</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Another key factor is improving the employee experience. Econocom has chosen ChooseMyCompany, an employer brand benchmarking agency, to assess and improve employee satisfaction. In 2025 an Econocom subsidiary outside France will be asked to volunteer for the pilot project; the employer rating scheme will then be gradually rolled out across the rest of the group.<br />
</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">These initiatives are all part of a long-term approach, with regular workshops to realign priorities. Another workshop will enable all the stakeholders to meet in Q1 2025. <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">These initiatives are a testament to Econocom’s commitment to sustainable, responsible economic performance. With clear objectives and measurable results, the HR team is ensuring that the main focus and priority of the group’s transformation is people.<br />

It is a true catalyst for transformation at Econocom. Internally, it enhances collaboration among our teams and strengthens our sense of unity. Externally, it structures our proposals in a clear and compelling way, offering solutions that are tailored to our clients’ needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Econocom Stories :</strong> <strong>How does this framework transform your day-to-day activities in concrete terms?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Mario Romero :</strong> The main idea behind One Portfolio was to break down organizational silos and build a common language. Now, we have a clear framework that enables us to present a coherent image of who we are and what we offer. It’s also an incredibly versatile and scalable tool. It’s used for training our sales teams, creating impactful client presentations, and even designing customized solutions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Each team can adapt it to its specific needs while adhering to the overarching framework we’ve established. This level of flexibility and consistency is crucial to supporting our commercial strategy and addressing the diverse expectations of our clients.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Econocom Stories :</strong> <strong>The project sounds ambitious. What are the key elements in its implementation?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Mario Romero :</strong> Two key priorities stand out: localization and training. To ensure the success of One Portfolio, it was critical to account for local specifics. This, of course, involves translation, but more importantly, adapting solutions to the realities of each market. Our approach was never to impose a rigid model but to provide a common foundation that each country can enrich according to its needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Training also plays a pivotal role. While One Portfolio was designed with input from over 60 contributors, its adoption impacts more than 1,000 people in strategic roles, such as sales, pre-sales, delivery, and finance.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Econocom Stories : You launched a pilot project in Spain. Why this choice, and what results have you seen?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Mario Romero :</strong> Spain was chosen as the pilot market because it represents a dynamic and diverse market, ideal for testing and refining our approaches. So far, more than 200 employees have been trained, and a dedicated team of 30 people is actively experimenting with new processes and roles.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Local governance, led by Carlos Pérez-Herce, ensures oversight tailored to the Spanish market&rsquo;s specifics. Simultaneously, a community of Solution Owners works on adapting solutions to ensure they fully meet local needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Econocom Stories :</strong> <strong>What do you see as the long-term strategic stakes of One Portfolio for Econocom?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Mario Romero :</strong> Beyond the tools, One Portfolio is above all a human and strategic project. It represents a way of working together, aligning our efforts around shared values, and positioning ourselves as trusted partners for our clients.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Every employee now has the tools to contribute to this collective transformation. It’s a project that brings us together, highlights our expertise, and drives us to surpass ourselves, together.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Nicolas de Lepinay :</strong> The main objective is to align cash flows as much as possible in the time between purchasing equipment and leasing it. The idea is to reduce the gap between cash out and cash in. We also want to create a real community of teams from different countries so they can share best practices and solutions.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories : What sort of support have you been giving the countries for this?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Nicolas de Lepinay :</strong> We’ve organized a series of workshops – in September, November and another one scheduled for January. During the first workshop, we analysed the lifecycle of a contract to identify at which point we need to get involved and to find out how each country approaches things. Then each country presented some case studies, to give the others tips and inspiration. It’s not a top-down approach: we give them tools which they can then adapt to suit their local needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories : How will this benefit Econocom?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Nicolas de Lepinay :</strong> The main advantage will be that we’ll be able get more out of our data, so we can set targets with solid KPIs. This data will be crucial for negotiating effectively with our outside partners such as funders, and help our in-house teams adapt. By improving our “cash time”, we’ll be able to challenge the way we do things and make progress together.</span></p>

This transformation will not only benefit clients but also make everyday life easier for staff, as well as helping them make a more positive impact.</strong></span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>EcoGPT: a promising chatbot</strong></span></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">One of the most promising initiatives Econocom has launched is EcoGPT, a chatbot using Artificial Intelligence. During the test phase, conducted with a panel of 300 employees from the IMM and HQ IT teams, it yielded encouraging results: in one month, 150 chats were recorded, 37% of which concerned genuine IT issues. The chatbot proved to be extremely efficient, with a 67% resolution rate for the issues documented in the knowledge base and 55% for those not yet logged.<br />
On the back of these encouraging results, Econocom plans to use EcoGPT more extensively over the next few months, which will involve building up the knowledge base and optimizing the problem resolution phases. The solution will then be rolled out for all the group’s employees. In the medium term, Econocom also plans to turn EcoGPT into an offer to sell to clients. As Quentin Bouchard, Group Global Tech Director, explains: « <em>If the solution is to reach its full potential, all our staff have to use it in their day-to-day. »</em><br />
</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>Oscar: improved efficiency for complex processes</strong></span></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">In addition to this initiative, Econocom has rolled out Oscar, an Artificial Intelligence solution for smart document extraction and processing – something that has proved particularly useful for responding to calls for tender, a typically complex and time-consuming process. With Oscar, the teams can now automate the administrative processes and focus on more strategic, value-add tasks. « <em>Oscar is more than just a piece of technology: it’s a prime example of our efforts to streamline complex processes so our staff can achieve their goals simply and efficiently. »</em> says Quentin Bouchard.</span></p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000"><strong>A culture of innovation across the group</strong></span></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Aside from the technology, Econocom is striving to foster a real innovation culture, involving all the group’s employees in the technological transformation. To that end, in 2025 there will be special AI training courses and workshops to help people understand these new technologies and get the most out of them in their day-to-day work. As Quentin Bouchard points out: « <em>Artificial Intelligence isn’t something we’re forcing upon people; it’s an opportunity for everyone. Everyone has the power to be part of our technology journey. »</em></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Lastly, ethics and sustainability are an essential part of all Econocom’s technology initiatives. In keeping with our CSR policy, the group’s innovation projects reflect our core values, such as responsible resource management and minimizing carbon footprint. As Quentin Bouchard explains: « <em>We believe that AI should be both effective and responsible; this vision will inform all our actions, to ensure a more sustainable future.” </em></span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000"><strong><span style="font-family: arial">E-S : Véronique, European Sustainable Development Week from 18 September to 8 October is an important showcase for promoting the group’s CSR commitments and the opportunity for a progress report. How is the Econocom Group doing in that area?</span></strong></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial"><span style="color: #000000">Véronique di Benedetto : We’ve achieved several significant milestones this year. First, in early 2024 we launched our new</span> <strong><span style="color: #573eef"><a style="color: #573eef" href="https://www.econocom.com/en/impact">Impact site</a></span></strong>, <span style="color: #000000">which explains our vision, our actions and presents opinions, insights, both internal and external. The site is bursting with information that helps you better understand Econocom’s positioning on those subjects.</span><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Then, back in late 2023, we stepped up our commitment by signing the SBTi commitment letter. That meant that our near-term science-based emissions reduction targets were approved in 2024, in line with the Paris Agreement and the goal to limit global warming to less than 1.5°C. Our concrete aims include: cutting our GHG emissions (Scope 1 and 2) by 61.4% by 2028, increasing our renewable electricity supply to 92% and working to have 100% of our suppliers adopt SBTi targets in the same timeframe.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">This year, we’ve also been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal, with four additional points compared to last year, reflecting the positive impact of our initiatives. Our ambition doesn’t stop there: we’re now aiming for the Platinum Medal by 2028, a recognition for only the most exemplary companies.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">To get our teams behind those challenges, we’re relaunching CSR training for our untrained staff in France and the entire workforce worldwide. That’s an integral part of our approach: raising everyone’s awareness to boost our impact.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Finally, we will be at the Produrable Expo, an unmissable event for CSR stakeholders. We’re going to chair a workshop, a great opportunity to discuss our practices and inspire other businesses to follow that path.<br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000"><strong><span style="font-family: arial">E-S : You took part in the Produrable trade fair last October. Can you tell us more about it?</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Véronique di Benedetto : We’re delighted to be involved in the Produrable Expo again this year and we’re organizing a workshop specifically aimed at Information System (IS) Directors. The objective is to share the results of a survey by PAC (Pierre Audoin Consultants) into decisionmakers’ vision of sustainable development, especially in IT, and present our concrete solutions to facilitate companies’ digital and ecological transition. Through our EASI offering (Econocom As A Service for Impact), we provide a 360° response that covers support on information systems’ longevity, reduced carbon footprint, efficiency and optimization.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">I’ve already detailed that commitment in a column published recently. IS Directors are now major players in the digital and environmental transition. They have a key role to play in moving companies’ technological choices in a more responsible and sustainable direction. And our ambition and objective is to support them.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000"><strong><span style="font-family: arial">E-S : Econocom has several impactful offerings to help its clients cut their social and environmental footprint. Can you tell us more about those solutions?</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Véronique di Benedetto : That’s right, at Econocom we strive not only to reduce our own footprint, but also to help our clients cut theirs. Our high-impact offerings are designed to promote more responsible and sustainable uses. For example, EcoCarbon measures the impact of IT equipment, which helps our clients make informed decisions. We also have initiatives like Green &amp; Energy, which supports our clients along their energy transition, and Product Care, an agile maintenance offering that extends the equipment lifespan. Finally, Eco Factory works to refurbish and remarket digital devices, contributing to the circular economy. These solutions are wholly consistent with our ambition to generate a positive and sustainable impact for our entire ecosystem!</span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px">Econocom Stories : Hello Hélène. Thank you for sparing the time to tell us about the <em>Mission Impossible</em> programme. How’s it going so far?</span></strong></p>

And today, I’m pleased to report that we already have 26 new agents, which is very encouraging.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories</strong> <strong>: How did you achieve this positive result?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Hélène Lory-Delambre</strong> : It’s mainly down to a strong team effort, which was boosted by the JUMP campaign. The Management, HR and Communications teams in each country have all been working together. We’ve also implemented a solid recruitment strategy, with some help from headhunting firms in various countries.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px">Employee referrals also played a key role: 37% of our new agents came from Econocom agents’ and employees’ network. Moreover, a third of the new agents were former employees who wanted to set up on their own, and another third was hired via recruitment agencies.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories : What about the geographical breakdown of new agent hires?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Hélène Lory-Delambre</strong> : France and Belgium, our two historic markets, were the main driving forces, but what’s encouraging and promising is how things have progressed in other countries too. In Germany, for example, where the agent model wasn’t very widespread, we have three new agents, and <a href="https://onelink.econocom.com/spain/2024/12/05/one-econocom-a-mission-impossible-successfully-achieved-by-the-new-agent-joaquin-de-mier/"><span style="text-decoration: underline;color: #573eef"><strong>we’ve also hired some new ones in Spain</strong></span></a>. In the UK there didn’t used to be any agents, whereas we now have two. In each country, we’ve reached historic milestones, which means we’re well on the way to establishing the agent model for good.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories</strong> <strong>: What were the main issues you encountered?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Hélène Lory-Delambre</strong> : The biggest challenge was convincing people to give up their employee status: being self-employed isn’t for everyone. A lot of candidates were interested but needed more time before taking the plunge.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px">So to help smooth the transition, we set up the Agent to Be system, whereby candidates can start off working for us under an employment contract and then become independent agents. This allows us to identify promising candidates and help them transition to independent status, particularly in Southern European countries, which are culturally less receptive to self-employment.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px">Another goal we have is to maintain these efforts for hiring both sales agents and salaried Account Managers. For 2024, for example, we’re aiming for a net increase of 23 Account Managers, to replace those who have switched to being agents.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories</strong> <strong>: You’re also developing a new digital approach. Can you tell us a bit more about this?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Hélène Lory-Delambre</strong> : Sure. Since October 2024, we’ve been working on some digital pilot projects in addition to our “human” recruitment sources (i.e. headhunters and employee referrals), to increase our social media presence – LinkedIn, for example – and our Google ranking (SEO and SEA), and ABM (Account-Based Marketing). The aim is to continually promote the agent programme via digital channels, because that’s where we all spend several hours a day, and thus maintain a steady flow of targeted candidates.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px">This digital strategy marks a departure from the JUMP campaign, which was mainly about raising awareness of the agent system: we’re now looking to get more direct engagement from candidates. As of 2025, we hope to be less dependent on headhunting firms and optimize our recruitment costs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Econocom Stories</strong> <strong>: What are your plans for 2025?</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000;font-size: 16px"><strong>Hélène Lory-Delambre</strong> : We’re going to continue increasing our onboarding efforts to maximize the performance of new recruits – both agents and Account Managers. We’re also going to keep focusing on employee referrals, which have already proved very effective. The idea is to make the process even simpler so that our employees can promote recruitment opportunities in their network more easily and become ambassadors.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-family: arial"><span style="color: #000000"><strong>Véronique di Benedetto</strong> : Nous avons franchi plusieurs étapes significatives cette année. Tout d&rsquo;abord début 2024 nous avons lancé notre nouveau</span> <span style="text-decoration: underline;color: #573eef"><strong><a style="color: #573eef;text-decoration: underline" href="https://www.econocom.com/fr/impact">site Impact</a></strong></span>, <span style="color: #000000">qui explique notre vision, nos actions et qui expose des points de vue, des éclairages, aussi bien internes qu’externes. C’est un site qui regorge d’informations qui permettent de mieux comprendre le positionnement d’Econocom sur ces sujets.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial"><span style="color: #000000">Puis, dès fin 2023, nous avons renforcé notre engagement en signant la lettre d’engagement SBTi. Cela nous a permis, en 2024, de valider nos ambitions scientifiques de réduction des émissions à court terme, en cohérence avec l’Accord de Paris et l’objectif de limiter le réchauffement climatique à moins de 1,5°C. Parmi nos objectifs concrets : réduire de 61,4% nos émissions de GES (Scope 1 et 2) d’ici 2028, augmenter notre approvisionnement en électricité renouvelable à 92%, et s&rsquo;efforcer à ce que 100% de nos fournisseurs adoptent des objectifs SBTi d’ici cette même échéance.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Cette année, nous avons également obtenu la médaille d’or Ecovadis, avec une progression de 4 points par rapport à l’an passé, ce qui reflète l’impact positif de nos initiatives. Notre ambition ne s&rsquo;arrête pas là : nous visons désormais la médaille Platinum d’ici 2028, une reconnaissance réservée aux entreprises les plus exemplaires.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Pour mobiliser nos équipes autour de ces enjeux, nous relançons une formation RSE à destination de nos collaborateurs non encore formés en France, et à tous les collaborateurs à l&rsquo;international. Cela fait partie intégrante de notre démarche : sensibiliser chacun pour amplifier notre impact.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000"><strong><span style="font-family: arial">E-S : Vous avez participée au salon Produrable en octobre dernier, pouvez-vous nous en dire plus ?</span></strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000"><strong>Véronique di Benedetto</strong> : Nous étions ravis de participer à nouveau au salon Produrable cette année, et nous y avons organisé un atelier spécifiquement destiné aux DSI (Directeurs des Systèmes d’Information). L’objectif était de partager les résultats d’une étude réalisée par PAC (Pierre Audoin Consultants) sur la vision des décideurs en matière de développement durable, en particulier dans l’IT, et de faire connaitre nos solutions concrètes pour faciliter la transition numérique et écologique des entreprises. À travers notre offre EASI (Econocom As A Service for Impact), nous proposons une réponse à 360°, qui englobe l&rsquo;accompagnement sur la durabilité, la réduction de l&#8217;empreinte carbone, l’efficacité et l&rsquo;optimisation des systèmes d&rsquo;information.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;color: #000000">Cet engagement, je l’avais déjà détaillé dans une tribune publiée récemment. Les DSI sont aujourd’hui des acteurs majeurs de la transition numérique et environnementale. Ils ont un rôle clé à jouer pour orienter les choix technologiques des entreprises dans un sens plus responsable et durable. Et nous avons pour ambition et objectif de les accompagner.</span></p>

Par exemple, EcoCarbon permet de mesurer l’impact des équipements IT, ce qui aide nos clients à prendre des décisions éclairées. Nous avons également des initiatives comme Green &amp; Energy, qui accompagne nos clients dans leur transition énergétique, ou encore Product Care, une offre de maintenance agile qui rallonge la durée de vie des équipements. <p><span style="font-family: arial">Le premier projet remporté par Joaquín concerne des solutions d’affichage pour les métros de Grenade et Malaga, un contrat d&rsquo;une valeur de 500 000 euros de chiffre d’affaires. Ce deal, qui allie technologie et infrastructure publique, illustre la capacité d’Econocom à s’imposer dans des secteurs à fort potentiel.</span><br />

<p><span style="font-family: arial">Par ailleurs, Joaquín a également identifié une opportunité pour TMF et mené les échanges avec un nouveau client d’envergure qui ont abouti à la signature d’un contrat de financement de plus de 5 millions d’euros.</span></p>
<h4><span style="font-family: arial"><strong>L’impact du plan « Mission Impossible » et la croissance des effectifs commerciaux</strong></span></h4>
<p><span style="font-family: arial">Ces résultats sont le reflet du programme « Mission Impossible », une initiative stratégique d’Econocom pour stimuler sa croissance et dont les objectifs sont, rappelons le, de contribuer fortement à la croissance organique d’ici 2028. Lancé dans le cadre du plan <strong>One Econocom</strong>, ce programme vise à renforcer les effectifs commerciaux de l&rsquo;entreprise en permettant à des profils expérimentés de devenir entrepreneur aux côtés d’Econocom.</span></p>

L’équipe RH, dirigée par Sophie Latourrette et Éléonore Mandonnet, joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre d’actions concrètes visant à renforcer l’équité, l’inclusion et l’excellence au sein du Groupe. En cette fin d’année, Econocom Stories fait un point sur les évolutions de ces indicateurs.</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">L’une des priorités est la réduction des écarts de rémunération entre les genres. Une méthodologie commune a déjà été élaborée et partagée, offrant un cadre clair pour analyser ces écarts. L’objectif est maintenant de procéder à une analyse fine, entité par entité et catégorie par catégorie, afin de mettre en lumière les disparités et de les corriger. Chaque pays s’engagera sur une trajectoire annuelle entre 2025 et 2028, avec des plans d’action locaux adaptés.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Parallèlement, Econocom s’engage à bâtir un modèle social inclusif, notamment en matière de handicap. Un premier travail d’harmonisation des définitions locales a été réalisé, en attendant de disposer d’un cadre européen harmonisé aligné avec les exigences de la CSRD (<em>Corporate Sustainable Responsability Directive</em>). <p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Un autre levier important est l’amélioration de l’expérience collaborateur. Econocom a choisi l’indice Choose My Company comme outil de certification pour évaluer et améliorer la satisfaction des équipes. Un projet pilote sera lancé dès 2025 dans une entité volontaire en dehors de la France, ouvrant la voie à une généralisation progressive.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial;font-size: 16px;color: #000000">Ces initiatives s’inscrivent dans une dynamique de long terme, soutenue par des ateliers réguliers pour ajuster les priorités. Un deuxième workshop réunira les parties prenantes dès le premier trimestre 2025.
