We are doing know the next steps to organize our event.
For each entity we have appointed a SPOC (single point of contact) who will support you and you have to register via this person.

You will receive an email from you local SPOC within the next 48h, with the ask to click in the email if you attend or not (latest by August 15th).
Subsequently your SPOC will contact you regarding any travel arrangements.
Last but not least, please feel free to provide to your SPOC ideas or topics you would like to hear about in our joint sessions
