Dear Colleagues,
Your health and safety is very important to us, so we have created an appropriate hygiene concept for our All Employees Meeting and Evening Event, which is in line with the COVID19 Ordinance of the City of Frankfurt and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Before we get to the details, we would like to point out that if someone has personal concerns about health safety, especially if there are people in the private environment who belong to risk groups, attendance is not mandatory. Such a decision is a pity but very understandable. Please send a short email to Sabine if you want to cancel until Monday 13.09.21 cob.
Besides the legal regulations, every participant has to undergo a quick test on Thursday and Friday.
Therefore we ask all German colleagues to do a “Bürgertest” on Thursday at the pharmacy you trust and bring the negative test result with you. For the Polish colleagues we will organize this test in Frankfurt.
On Friday, all participants will have the opportunity to take a corresponding quick test at Herriotstr. 1 (start at 7.30h, early risers are requested). Of course you can do this test at your local pharmacy as well.
If you have a valid PCR test (72hours) no quick test is necessary.
During the event and the evening event masks are compulsory, exceptions are eating and drinking and when sitting at your place in the auditorium, because here the distance of 1,5m is kept.
We are convinced that this approach will give us the greatest possible security.
