Dear Colleagues,
Decathlon Poland decided to refresh its fleet of smartphones for next 12 months to accelerate a digital transformation process. It concern 5000 units of Samsung and Motorola smartphones. The total investment including a 2 years extension of warranty is PLN 4.5m (ca EUR 1M)
Objective
Project to finance entire refresh of the Decathlon fleet of smartphones across chain of 80 stores located in main cities in Poland.

- Solve an issue with electronic equipment lead time by ordering them earlier – in advance.
