The group’s ethical approach

Group´s ethical practice
Dear colleagues, agents and partners,
In today’s society, business ethics is a conviction-based approach with a strong strategic dimension.
The Ethics Committee was created in this spirit, with the aim of strengthening the group’s commitment to ethics and integrity.
Ever since the Ethics Committee was created, it has carried out several actions at group level and implemented the following in particular:
– Business Code of Conduct;
– ethics policies (gifts and invitations, sponsorship, etc.);
– mandatory e-learning program on the fight against corruption;
– whistle-blowing platform, accessible via this link, for you to easily report any situations you witness that breach the Code of Conduct and/or regulations that apply to the group.
To maintain this momentum and help you fully understand these issues, we will soon be carrying out new actions, particularly on the following themes: conflicts of interest and fair business practices.
As the year draws to an end, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that gifts and invitations offered and received during the holiday season must comply with the principles and approval table you can find in the Gifts and Invitations procedure (see attached).
We would also like to ask those of you who have not yet done so to take the anti-corruption e-learning course by the end of the year!
For more information, or to read the Code of Conduct and other ethics-related documents, you can visit the Ethics SharePoint.
We are available, by your side, to reinforce our ethical practices.
If you have any questions on this topic, please feel free to email us at ethical.committee@econocom.com.
Thank you,
Véronique di Benedetto
Chairwoman of the Ethics Committee
