Look back at Capital Market Day

On Capital Market Day last 16 November, Econocom unveiled One Econocom, its ambitious strategic plan for the 2024–2028 period, to an audience of a hundred clients, investors and technological partners. Bringing an end to the refocusing phase, the group has set bold targets for the next five years, promising sustained growth and a stronger value proposition.

Mission Impossible? Not for us!

We were in Marbella for the Econocom EMM last November. Enter Jean-Louis Bouchard, Hélène Lory Delambre and Chantal De Vrieze. Wearing hats and black sunglasses, the very special agents disrupted the ongoing presentation to highlight a mainstay of the One Econocom strategic plan: Mission Impossible, an ambitious recruitment plan aiming to expand our salesforce by hiring 156 sales representatives, including 100 independent sales agents, by 2026.

Aufgaben:

  • Führung eines Teams von ca. 10 Personen der Finanzbuchhaltung- und Controlling-Abteilung
  • Verantwortung für die Finance Abteilung der deutschen Econocom-Gesellschaften
  • Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung und Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und RechKredV/HGB
  • Überwachung der wöchentlichen Zahlläufe und monatlichen SEPA-Lastschriftverfahren
  • Überwachung der Bilanz- und GuV-Konten, insb. der Kreditoren- und Debitoren-Konten
  • Koordination des Mahnwesens
  • Mitwirkung an der Liquiditätsplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Refinanzierungsabteilung
  • Koordination der monatlichen Abschlüsse nach IFRS (Konsolidation-Package, Ertrags- und Kosten-Reporting)
  • Koordination des jährlichen Budget-Verfahrens und vierteljährigen Forecast-Prozesses
  • Koordination der Jahresabschlussprüfung bis zur ggfls. Testierung nach RechKredV/HGB
  • Koordination sämtlicher von der Group Finance Abteilung angeordneten Reporting
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der bilanz- und steuerrechtlichen Anforderungen und Vorschriften in Zusammenarbeit mit der Steuerabteilung (lokal und auf Group Ebene)
  • Mitwirkung an der Einhaltung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Risiko-Controlling-Abteilung und dem Chief Risk Officer
  • Hauptansprechpartner von Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Steuerbehörden
  • Koordination bei der Einführung von gruppeninternen IT-Anwendungen und IT-Prozessen im Finanzbereich
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei Entscheidungsprozessen durch die Bereitstellung hochqualitativer Informationen

Die/der Stelleninhaber/in berichtet in direkter Linie an die Geschäftsführung „Marktfolge“

 

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in dem Management
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu führen und zu motivieren, auch in Stresssituationen
  • Fähigkeit, zielführend zu delegieren und Aufgaben sinnvoll zu verteilen
  • Sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und natürliche Autorität
  • Stark geprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Gespür für das Wichtige und das Prioritäre
  • Lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch
  • Hohe Ansprüche an der Qualität der gelieferten Information
  • Proaktive Teilnahme an Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen in einem schnell evolutiven Umfeld
  • Regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
  • Umfangreiche und fundierte Kenntnisse in nationaler Rechnungslegung und Umsatzsteuerrecht
  • Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind unumgänglich
