Our target: senior salespeople with B2B sales experience, specialised in our fields (IT distribution, leasing, managed services for the workplace and infrastructure, audiovisual, etc.), and with a desire to become independent.

If the candidate you refer signs an agent contract with one of Econocom entity, you will receive a bonus of €1,000 gross, 6 months after contract is signed.
If 12 months after signing the agent contract, the referred candidate achieves a performance level (defined by each activity), you will receive one of the two following bonuses:
- Silver level: a bonus of €5,000 gross
- Gold level: a Tesla (Model Y)
The full regulations of the challenge are available on the dedicated website, and the Silver and Gold performance levels are set out in the appendices.
