In this capacity, she will oversee the three business lines of Econocom France (TMF, Services, P&amp;S) and its satellites, strengthening their synergies \u2013 in line with the ambitions of our <em>One Digital Company<\/em> strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">Samira Draoua will join the Group Coordination Committee (CDC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">In ten years at Econocom, Samira has always delivered a high level of performance, innovation and development. She has consistently overachieved in her various missions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">Internationally, she has grown the ATOS account from \u20ac13 to \u20ac150 million a year, opening up Asia to Econocom and strengthening our position in the USA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">The creation of a joint venture with ATOS established a disruptive model in the leasing market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">TMF\u2019s transformation plan enabled us to achieve a 14% growth rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">The acquisition and restructuring of Les Abeilles International and signing a \u20ac120 million contract with the French Navy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">Samira is also a creative leader who<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: arial\">opened our group to an industrial line of business, through the acquisition of SOFI Group. This put us on the market for the reconditioning of mobiles and IT equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">Samira succeeds thanks to the team of professionals she surrounds herself with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">In addition to her new duties, Samira will retain her responsibilities as Chairwoman of Les Abeilles International.
