Dear colleagues, agents and partners,
I would like to let you know about some developments in our group’s governance as part of the solid growth we are experiencing today.
The group’s governing structure remains the same: it is made up of the Founding Chairman and CEO, a Coordination Committee (CDC) and an Executive Committee (COMEX).
There have been some changes within these decision-making bodies:
– Laurent Roudil is resigning from all his positions for personal reasons. He spent over seven years in the group, first in the Services division for France and then in the group’s General Management team. I would like to thank him sincerely for his huge contribution to the group’s past and present performance;
– Samira Draoua is joining the Coordination Committee (CDC);
– The Executive Committee’s line-up is changing to better represent our business lines, which aims to create more synergies and value for our clients.
So, the Executive Committee will now be made up of:
– the group’s General Management, which is represented by Samira Draoua for France and Angel Benguigui for the group internationally;
– the group’s Administrative and Financial General Management, which is gradually being taken over by Patrick Van Den Berg, who will stay in his job as General Manager for the Netherlands;
– Philippe Goullioud, who represents Products & Solutions, Long Le Xuan, who represents Services, and Samira Draoua, who represents Financing.
I’m very pleased to be working alongside professionals who are recognised in the group and in whom I have full trust for making our group grow as much as possible.
Jean-Louis Bouchard
