Appointment of Samira Draoua as CEO of Econocom France

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

J’ai le plaisir de vous annoncer la nomination de Samira Draoua, en tant que Directrice Générale France du groupe Econocom. A ce titre, elle sera en charge des trois métiers d’Econocom France (TMF, Services et P&S) et des satellites afin de renforcer leurs synergies, en ligne avec nos ambitions de One Digital Company.

Samira Draoua rejoint le CDC (Comité de Coordination Groupe).

En 10 ans passés dans notre Groupe, le parcours de Samira Draoua a été jalonné de performances, d’innovation et de développement.

Samira a en effet délivré systématiquement des résultats au-dessus des objectifs attendus.

A l’international, elle a fait croître le compte ATOS de 13 à 150 millions par an en ouvrant l’Asie pour Econocom et en renforçant les USA.

La création d’une Joint & Venture avec ATOS, un modèle disruptif sur le marché du leasing.

Le plan de transformation de TMF pour aboutir à une croissance de 14%.

L’acquisition et le restructuring des Abeilles International et la signature d’un contrat de 120 millions avec la Marine Nationale.

C’est aussi une créative qui nous a ouvert à un nouveau métier celui d’industriel par le rachat de SOFI Groupe qui nous installe sur le marché du reconditionnement de mobiles et matériel IT.

Samira a réussi grâce au collectif qu’elle fédère autour d’elle.

En plus de ses nouvelles fonctions, Samira conserve ses responsabilités de Présidente des Abeilles International dont le baptême de deux nouveaux navires cet été nous a tous rendu fiers.

J’accorde à Samira toute ma confiance pour porter les ambitions du Groupe.

Dear all,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Samira Draoua as CEO of Econocom France. In this capacity, she will oversee the three business lines of Econocom France (TMF, Services, P&S) and its satellites, strengthening their synergies – in line with the ambitions of our One Digital Company strategy.

Samira Draoua will join the Group Coordination Committee (CDC).

In ten years at Econocom, Samira has always delivered a high level of performance, innovation and development. She has consistently overachieved in her various missions.

Internationally, she has grown the ATOS account from €13 to €150 million a year, opening up Asia to Econocom and strengthening our position in the USA.

The creation of a joint venture with ATOS established a disruptive model in the leasing market.

TMF’s transformation plan enabled us to achieve a 14% growth rate.

The acquisition and restructuring of Les Abeilles International and signing a €120 million contract with the French Navy.

Samira is also a creative leader who opened our group to an industrial line of business, through the acquisition of SOFI Groupe. This put us on the market for the reconditioning of mobiles and IT equipment.

Samira succeeds thanks to the team of professionals she surrounds herself with.

In addition to her new duties, Samira will retain her responsibilities as Chairwoman of Les Abeilles International. The launch of two new ships this summer made us all proud.

Samira has my full trust in her efforts to advance Econocom’s ambitions.
