A ce titre, elle sera en charge des trois m\u00e9tiers d\u2019Econocom France (TMF, Services et P&amp;S) et des satellites afin de renforcer leurs synergies, en ligne avec nos ambitions de\u00a0One Digital Company.<\/p>\n<p>Samira Draoua rejoint le CDC (Comit\u00e9 de Coordination Groupe).<\/p>\n<p>En 10 ans pass\u00e9s dans notre Groupe, le parcours de Samira Draoua a \u00e9t\u00e9 jalonn\u00e9 de performances, d\u2019innovation et de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Samira a en effet d\u00e9livr\u00e9 syst\u00e9matiquement des r\u00e9sultats au-dessus des objectifs attendus.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019international, elle a fait cro\u00eetre le compte ATOS de 13 \u00e0 150 millions par an en ouvrant l\u2019Asie pour Econocom et en renfor\u00e7ant les USA.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une Joint &amp; Venture avec ATOS, un mod\u00e8le disruptif sur le march\u00e9 du leasing.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan de transformation de TMF pour aboutir \u00e0 une croissance de 14%.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019acquisition et le restructuring des Abeilles International et la signature d\u2019un contrat de 120 millions avec la Marine Nationale.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est aussi une cr\u00e9ative qui nous a ouvert \u00e0 un nouveau m\u00e9tier celui d\u2019industriel par le rachat de SOFI Groupe qui nous installe sur le march\u00e9 du reconditionnement de mobiles et mat\u00e9riel IT.<\/p>\n<p>Samira a r\u00e9ussi gr\u00e2ce au collectif qu\u2019elle f\u00e9d\u00e8re autour d\u2019elle.<\/p>\n<p>En plus de ses nouvelles fonctions, Samira conserve ses responsabilit\u00e9s de Pr\u00e9sidente des Abeilles International dont le bapt\u00eame de deux nouveaux navires cet \u00e9t\u00e9 nous a tous rendu fiers.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019accorde \u00e0 Samira toute ma confiance pour porter les ambitions du Groupe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cordialement,<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jean-Louis Bouchard<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9sident<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><em>English<\/em><\/h6>\n<p>Dear all,<\/p>\n<p>I am pleased to announce the appointment of Samira Draoua as CEO of Econocom France. In this capacity, she will oversee the three business lines of Econocom France (TMF, Services, P&amp;S) and its satellites, strengthening their synergies \u2013 in line with the ambitions of our <em>One Digital Company<\/em> strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Samira Draoua will join the Group Coordination Committee (CDC).<\/p>\n<p>In ten years at Econocom, Samira has always delivered a high level of performance, innovation and development. She has consistently overachieved in her various missions.<\/p>\n<p>Internationally, she has grown the ATOS account from \u20ac13 to \u20ac150 million a year, opening up Asia to Econocom and strengthening our position in the USA.<\/p>\n<p>The creation of a joint venture with ATOS established a disruptive model in the leasing market.<\/p>\n<p>TMF\u2019s transformation plan enabled us to achieve a 14% growth rate.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition and restructuring of Les Abeilles International and signing a \u20ac120 million contract with the French Navy.<\/p>\n<p>Samira is also a creative leader who opened our group to an industrial line of business, through the acquisition of SOFI Groupe. This put us on the market for the reconditioning of mobiles and IT equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Samira succeeds thanks to the team of professionals she surrounds herself with.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to her new duties, Samira will retain her responsibilities as Chairwoman of Les Abeilles International.
