He spent over seven years in the group, first in the Services division for France and then in the group\u2019s General Management team. I would like to thank him sincerely for his huge contribution to the group\u2019s past and present performance;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">&#8211; Samira Draoua is joining the Coordination Committee (CDC);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">&#8211; The Executive Committee\u2019s line-up is changing to better represent our business lines, which aims to create more synergies and value for our clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">So, the Executive Committee will now be made up of:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">&#8211; the group\u2019s General Management, which is represented by Samira Draoua for France and Angel Benguigui for the group internationally;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">&#8211; the group\u2019s Administrative and Financial General Management, which is gradually being taken over by Patrick Van Den Berg, who will stay in his job as General Manager for the Netherlands;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">&#8211; Philippe Goullioud, who represents Products &amp; Solutions, Long Le Xuan, who represents Services, and Samira Draoua, who represents Financing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">I\u2019m very pleased to be working alongside professionals who are recognised in the group and in whom I have full trust for making our group grow as much as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\"><strong>Jean-Louis Bouchard<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear colleagues, agents and partners, I would like to let you know about some developments in our group\u2019s governance as part of the solid growth we are experiencing today.
