They apply to all group entities, including satellites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">The objective is to set guidelines for gifts &amp; invitations and corporate philanthropy &amp; sponsorship in order to prevent these actions from constituting or being perceived as corruption.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">The new rules are detailed in the procedures and encourage more transparency. \u00a0This is particularly the case for gifts and invitations, which must now all be declared to the N+1 (or for external employees to the reference contact person) and are subject to prior approval above \u20ac150 excluding VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">The validation\/approval matrices and rules to be respected are detailed in the procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial\">Should you have any questions, please write to the following address: <a href=\"mailto:ethical.committee@econocom.com\">ethical.committee@econocom.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Ethics Committee has released its first ethics procedures.
