If we continue to consume as we do today and if industries does not make serious efforts to adapt its production of IT and electronic equipment, we will produce 120 million tonnes of e-waste annually by 2050 (World Economic Forum, 2019). Unfortunately, only 17% of e-waste (The Global E-waste Monitor, 2020), which is set to double by 2030, is recycled today. This is why Econocom has reinforced its Second Life IT offer.
