We’re delighted to share with you the highlights of our Marco Polo 2023 Challenge. More than 110 winners, including sales staff, managers and support functions, embarked on an unforgettable adventure in Venice from 14 to 18 May.
Our talented employees all contributed to the excellent results achieved in 2023, and enjoyed some unique experiences in a very friendly atmosphere. They discovered the Prosecco Valley on board vintage cars, offering a journey through time and the unique flavours of this exceptional place.
The more adventurous tackled the white waters of canyoning and rafting, while others demonstrated their sense of orientation and strategy on a thrilling treasure hunt. The islands of Murano and Burano added a touch of magic to the stay with their glassworks and colourful houses.
These activities were designed to encourage collaboration between different businesses, functions and countries: perfectly embodying our We Play As One spirit! Our teams demonstrated exceptional good humour and team spirit, even when facing climatic challenges such as the torrential rain which fell on Venice.

Together weâve proved that the most extreme conditions canât shake our determination or our zest for life.
