On Capital Markets Day last 16 November, Econocom unveiled One Econocom, its ambitious strategic plan for the 2024â2028 period, to an audience of a hundred clients, investors and technological partners. Bringing an end to the refocusing phase, the group has set bold targets for the next five years, promising sustained growth and a stronger value proposition.
Organic growth central to our strategy: development, innovation and digital responsibility
Econocom has set out solid indicators for the years ahead, with a growing market, accelerated product rollouts, an ambitious roadmap, and a self-funded plan aiming for revenue of âŹ4 bn in 2028. That clear vision puts all of our in-house teams on the road to shared success.
The emphasis is on organic growth with an 8% annual growth target, powering Econocom to revenue of âŹ4 bn in 2028. The group is concentrating on buoyant segments, end-to-end solutions and a strong commitment to digital responsibility. A major project, Mission Impossible, will support the groupâs organic growth with an ambitious plan to recruit 100 agents over the next three yearsâŠ
A comprehensive strategic vision: meeting digital requirements from end to end
Econocom is aspiring to become a leading business partner, covering all aspects of digital asset needs. The group pledges to provide a comprehensive experience from design to end of life, all whilst improving its extra-financial performances and targeting platinum level of the EcovadisÂź Sustainability Rating by 2028.
To deliver that vision, Econocom is banking on recruitment, training, an expended offering and increased synergies. With key levers like as-a-service and a standardized European presence, the group is positioned as a key player, ready to meet the challenges of growth and innovation.
