We are launching a call to all Econocom teams to share their best stories illustrating the « Play as One » spirit. This call is a unique opportunity to highlight your successes that contribute significantly to the business objectives of the 2024-2028 strategic plan, One Econocom, with a fully collaborative approach.
How does it work?
Simply complete the story proposal form ( available as an attachment) and submit it to your local communications team or BU Manager. This form allows you to describe how your story illustrates the « Play as One » spirit, highlighting the level of cooperation between activities, countries and support functions. You’ll also need to explain how your story has helped One Econocom achieve its business objectives – using both qualitative and quantitative elements.
Eligibility criteria
● Significant contribution to the quantified objectives of the strategic plan.
● High level of collaboration between countries, activities and/or support functions.
Deadline for receipt of success stories:
13 September – don’t miss this date to submit your story and try to be one of the best contributors!
And then?
The 3 best stories will be selected by the September GMC and presented at the IMM to be held in Istanbul in October 2024. The bearers of the winning stories will be rewarded with a place on the next Marco Polo 2024 Challenge trip. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate your successes and share your experiences with your Econocom colleagues around the world.
